In consideration of the news recently circulated online that Rockchip may merge with a certain mainland listed company, here Rockchip solemnly declares that those related news are all rumors, and Rockchip is not currently in any discussion with any other company regarding a merger.
It is worth mentioning that everything of Rockchip is in good condition at present, well-operated and rapidly-developed. And we remain focused on the continuous supply of world-class chips and matched operating systems for Mobile Internet, IoT and other areas with more advanced innovations.
